Health Sync for Fitbit App Reviews

Please refund money.

It has never synced in the background before. It also only syncs one data heart rate datapoint. It wont sync a full days heart rate statuses.

The purpose of this app is to sync data between Fitbit and the Apple Health app. Being that the Health App can not import Fitbit data on its own. When you launch the app it will ask you what data you want to sync between Fitbit and Apple Health then it will ask you to sign into your existing Fitbit account. When you purchase this app YOU ARE NOT PAYING THREE DOLLARS TO CREATE A FITBIT ACCOUNT.

Its useless!!!!!!! Waste of money I want a refund!!!!

The app works fine for me, syncing the data. However, even though I selected background sync for it to sync on its own a few times a day. It does not. I have to go and manually hit the sync button each time, so usually sync once a week when I look at the health app and see its not updated.

The sleep sync doesnt work right... Doubles up days to a single day.

Just installed this App. Very simple to setup and does exactly what is promised. Now have Fitbit data syncing to Health App...

Fitbit does them at midnight.

Not only did this not sync my steps, it erased they last years worth of weight and blood pressure measurements that I only had saved in my phone and now have no record of.

It didnt allow me to sync at first. Now it is allow me to connect to Healthkit.

After update the new version, the heart beat sync function can not support all realtime data.

Please fix it.

Great update fixed duplicate entries. And keeps my health info up to date.

Just downloaded, I logged in and allowed permissions for both apps, then when I click sync the app crashes every time. Update: Did not fix the issue.

This app is the best I have found for syncing my FitBit info with Apple Health. The developer is very responsive to any issues and even added a feature that I requested, so I ditched Sync Solver and am very happy with the decision.

Thank you for making this great app. Ive been using it for a couple months, it works perfectly.

Have attempted every way I can think of to get it to sync with the Health App with no success. Very disappointing!

Couldnt get it to connect with the health app on phone

This is a great app. Easy to setup, and the data import works great. Happy to have an app that does heart rate as well as the other activity parameters.
